Sharing a passion for tile, textiles and design and with a goal of bringing a more curated, boutique-style experience to the Lake Country, Greater Milwaukee & Madison areas, Owners Bridget Lutz and Nancy Lehman joined forces to open Bella Tile & Stone in June of 2018. They found the perfect retail location in the heart of downtown Delafield and for the past six years have forged relationships with homeowners and many of the top builders, designers and architects in the area. Bella Tile & Stone is proudly 100% women owned and operated. We want to help you create beauty and reflect individual tastes through our artistic tile designs. Our products are ideal for both residential and commercial installations and we can refer you to trusted local installers and craftsmen to see your project to completion.

Since the beginning, we have always held the belief that tile design is an art form. With that in mind, we’ve worked tirelessly to showcase the best collection of tile in the area, while working closely with our customers, builders and designer partners to cultivate a space that invites creativity. Our unparralled selection inspires both our clients and our team to design stunning and unique spaces. Our intimate space allows for a very personal, hands on experience and we pride ourselves on the relationships we’ve built and maintained over the years.
Community is also important to us. We love being a part of the downtown Delafield & Lake Country communities. “Business Trick or Treat” is our favorite day of the year. We get to give candy to hundreds of the cutest costumed kids from all around Lake Country, and their parents get a chance to see the showroom and admire all the beautiful tile at the same time.”

How It Started….

The first Bella Tile & Stone showroom was opened in Lake Geneva WI in 2006 by Dianne Fasano, giving the area a much needed resource when it came to tile and stone options. She created a space with a variety of options and an array of price points along with an intentional focus on tile design so that customers could find accessible, expert help when making design choices. The result is what customers have grown to appreciate in the service they receive when they walk into any of the now 3 independently owned and operated Bella Tile & Stone Showrooms in Lake Geneva, Delafield or Wilmette IL — design assistance with a focus on the best customer service experience possible.
