Sharing a passion for tile, textiles and design and with a goal of bringing a more curated, boutique-style experience to the Lake Country & Greater Milwaukee areas, Co-Owners Bridget Lutz and Nancy Lehman joined forces to open Bella Tile & Stone in June of 2018. They found the perfect retail location in the heart of downtown Delafield and for the last 8+ years have forged relationships with some of the top builders, designers and architects in the area.

Community is also important to Nancy & Bridget. They love being a part of the downtown Delafield & Lake Country communities. “Business Trick or Treat is our favorite day of the year. We get to give candy to hundreds of the cutest costumed kids from all around Lake Country, and their parents get a chance to see the showroom and admire all the beautiful tile at the same time.”

Bridget attended Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois and has over 20 years of retail merchandising and sales experience. She has a passion for helping others and for over five years led the fundraising efforts for The Tree House Child & Family Center in Walworth County, which serves abused and neglected children in Southeastern Wisconsin. Mother of three and doting grandmother to two, Bridget finds joy in spending time with her husband Mark and their ever-growing family. When time allows, Bridget and Mark head to their happy-place in Northern Wisconsin to snowmobile and relax.

A graduate of Indiana University with a Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Nancy comes from a 20+ year career in advertising sales working for Fortune 500 Media Companies including Conde Nast, Hearst, Meredith and Yahoo. An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Nancy and her husband John have enjoyed trips to Africa, Europe and South America. Nancy is also a Dog Mom to two Goldendoodles and when she’s not out on an adventure with them, she can be found riding her road bike, playing tennis, pickleball, golf or paddling on her S.U.P.
